“Here’s the deal.

Under the War Crimes Act, violations of the Geneva Conventions are felonies. In some cases, punishable by death.

When the Supreme Court ruled the Geneva Conventions applied to al Qaeda and Taliban detainees, President Bush and his boys were suddenly in big trouble. They had been working these prisoners over pretty good. In an effort to avoid possible prosecution, they’re trying to cram this bill  through Congress before the end of the week when Congress adjourns. The reason there’s such a rush to do this, if the Democrats get control of the House in November, well, this kind of legislation probably wouldn’t pass.”

question: should congress pass a bill to give pres Bush (+ the gang)  retroactive immunity for possible war crimes?

But alas, i guess this is all a moot point taking that the moment bush and his cronies leave office and attempt to leave the country they would/will be easily detained and subsequently tried for the numerous war crimes they have perpetrated around the world. So this retroactive immunity would be useful to them only if they stay withint he confines of the USA till their death. *shudder* so  if the U.S congress passes the bill it’s of little to no signifigance. come january 1st 2009.

so remember, when you hear in the news post Bush-regime that he’s visiting Canada, or anywhere for that matter. get out on the streets and start waving the ” BUSH 4 WAR CRIMES” banners high in the air. Don’t let him slink away as just “one of the worst presidents to ever rule the USA” like it’s a vague unpleasant memory; remember that bush WAS  “a psychopathic serial killer on the grandest scale ever known to man”. UP there with Hitler, Mussolini and Mao.

i fucking can’t stand the bush administration.

The kids from the Ron Clark Academy performing live “You Can Vote However You Like,” a parody to TI’s “Whatever You Like”. Atlanta Georgia Ron Clark Academy.

I’m really hoping most of these brillant children will grow up and vote for someone liek Obama taking they aren’t even able to vote within this decade.

My favorite part is :
FORGET OBAMA
Stick with McCain and you’re going to have some drama

For some reason i can’t stop watching this clip. I think it gives me hope that there are youth out there en masse who are actually giving 2 shits about what’s going on politically within their country.  There is only one more day till the election and i’ve never been so nervouse for an election in my life.

I didn’t even care this much during the BUSH/GORE election. I’m looking for a paradigm shift within Obama because i think that even if not everyone is ready for the next revolution it’s just gotta come. We can’t wait around for another few years and hope people will catch on that this world needs a change. Racism, sexism and homophobia have been at the forefront of everyones psyches for the past 2 years and I’m glad that there are people out there like Bill Maher and Dr. Cornelius West dragging us with the skin of our teeth into the new life.

My question to the readers out there is: Do you think there will be riots is Obama doesn’t win?

because essentially what that will tell the 12% black population (at least) in the USA is: We don’t like or care for your kind still. It will send the message loud and clear that even though the Obama is hands down the better candadite the majority of Americans would rather continue killing innocent civilians, invading soverign and foreign countries in the name of democracy, and eradicating the middle class AS long as a black man isn’t in the (aryan) White Office doing it.

Will black people work on November 5th If Obama loses? What will happen if Obama loses?

FUCK FUCK FUCK. the thought makes me shiver

If McCain/Palin wins…Pakistan you’re next!

Pakistan News from Global research just released this article (on my birthday!):

US Bombings of Pakistan: Unanimous Pakistani Senate resolution blasts US attacks

Resolution says attacks in Pakistan unfortunate, gross violation of sovereignty
Kamil Agha says no need for new resolution, government should implement joint parliamentary resolution

ISLAMABAD: The Senate on Monday strongly condemned missile attacks by US drones in Pakistani territory amidst parliamentarians’ demands for implementation of the resolution unanimously passed at the conclusion of the in-camera parliamentary session last week.

Leader of the House in Senate Raza Rabbani tabled a resolution in the House to condemn US drone attacks, which was endorsed unanimously. He assured the House that the US ambassador would be summoned to register Pakistan’s protest. He said the National Assembly speaker would constitute a committee to oversee the implementation of the unanimous resolution against terrorism passed by the in-camera session.

Unfortunate: The Senate resolution against drone attacks said strikes inside Pakistan were unfortunate and a gross violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty. The resolution underlined that continued incursions were harming the government’s efforts to seek a political solution through dialogue.

The House said such strikes were an effort to undermine parliament. It called on the government to ensure such attacks did not recur. The House called on the government to protest with the US as well as NATO and ISAF authorities, and to seek assurances for full respect of Pakistan’s sovereignty.

Sources say anywhere from 33 to 67 deaths, and hundreds of injuries occured from the 2 missile strikes.

AMERICAN JUST BOMBED ANOTHER SOVERIGN COUNTRY….for democracy and *cough cough* oil * cough*
