This call is a perfect example of what call-centre reps put up with everyday..i’m not saying everyday a call centre rep will get a customer like this gem ( i wish!) but we get somewhere on the gradient of crazy. And if you’ve worked the call centres long enough best believe you’ve heard an extent on this level of crazy.
this call however is like the title says, A New Level Of Crazy.

holy shit. Moral of the story don’t let your friends light you on fire. And if for some reason you really really have to, make sure you all are both professionals and there’s an extinguisher around.
