On Christmas eve, I woke up to billowing smoke everywhere in the house. I darted out of bed and onto the veranda to find myself completely surrounding my stinky eye-burning smoke. One quick assement confirmed the fire wasn’t in the house but from one of the beach front houses of theneighbourhood. We all huddled out on the main road looking up and down the street amazed at the sheer heat and amount of smoke released from the unknown fire.
Georgia phoned the fire station and the day resumed to its usual pace of ‘chill’. It’s evening now, and I still throughly smell of garbage smoke.
I hope everyone has a merry christmas. I personally don’t give a fuck. but if you care. then…you know…happy day oh happy day!
